I Create: Creative Director of My Life.

What is possible for us. Think about that phrase for a few seconds. Then this one: What we believe is possible for us.

What we beleive is possible for us.

‘Our ability to create lives we dream of is dependent upon what our nervous system feels is safe,’ says Kate Northrop. I’ve been doing so much reading and learning on this lately. What our nervous system feels is safe. Even things that are good, ultimately, if it is unfamiliar, our nervous system tells us it’s unsafe. So the work then, is to let good things in, and get our nervous system to understand that it is safe. We aren’t at risk or threatened. It’s fascinating because naturally, we want to let good things in. If we are actively creating the life of our dreams, we wouldn’t knowingly repel the very things that we are working for. And yet, it does happen. So that’s the goal. Some amazing things may be unfamiliar, but if we put the work in, we can gradually start to feel like they fit in our energy field. Like we have the capacity to allow it into our energy field. This is Kate Northrup’s teachings, and she is amazing at it. Ultimately, we level up. We become a better version of us, which makes the physical life around us, better too.

I have a vision. And that vision has been becoming more and more clear. I know what’s possible. One of my biggest hurdles has been myself. Letting go of some limitations that have been there, whether I’ve been aware of them or not. Levelling up, to what is possible. And the work isn’t done, it will never truly be done.
