PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SALES MADE ARE CONSIDERED FINAL.
I do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for any artwork purchased, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
Before making a purchase, I encourage you to thoroughly consider your selection and review all available information, including images, descriptions, and dimensions of the artwork.
In the rare event that an artwork arrives damaged or there is a discrepancy in your order, please contact me within 72 hours of receiving the artwork. I will work closely with you to address the issue and find a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or a repair, at my discretion.
Shipping Policy

Shipping is done with Canada Post. Cost of shipping depends on the weight and size of the package, and destination Country.
Unless indicated otherwise, Cards and Prints ship 1-3 days after the order is received (depending on product availability) and will be shipped in rigid mailers.
*SPECIAL LIMITED QUANTITIES OF CHILDREN’S BOOK: We can Ship the book within Canada for $9.30 individually. If you pay for shipping but then arrange pick-up, the shipping fee will not be refunded*. For the book, you can select ‘Local Pick-up’, if you are a resident of South Cowichan, and pick-up can be arranged.
**Local purchases with a V8H Postal Code will not charge a shipping fee OR ‘Local Pick-up’ is also an option and pick-up can be arranged.
PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for any additional charges for shipments to the U.S. such as brokerage fees or tariffs, inclusive of any other fee that may come up. Shipping is paused to the U.S. temporarily.
